Kells' Church Assistance Program (CAP) provides access for Pastors (and their congregations, and staff) to information and to counselling services.

Indicators of Abuse

Questions sometimes arise about what sorts of behaviours or physical indicators could indicate that a child, teen, or adult has been abused. 

Please remember that these may INDICATE abuse, but cannot CONFIRM abuse.  Use caution and common sense.
